Abstract :
As the wireless technology compared with the traditional wired technology has a lot of advantages, it has been widely used at enterprise level as a good way to improve system performance and reduce cost. On analysis of the system characteristics of industrial Liquid flow detection in pipes, a ZigBee wireless sensor network has been developed which can simultaneously detect multiple pipeline flow and realize remote monitoring. The detection speed and accuracy of the detection system have been improved greatly by adopting digital signal processing technology. The human-machine interaction of the detection system has also been made friendlier by adopting ARM embedded technology. In actual application, the new detection system based on wireless, DSP and ARM technologies compared with the traditional detection system based on MCU has the advantages of high performance, easy wiring and extension, remote monitoring, etc.
