Abstract :
The thesis elaborates the solution with parameter programming that base on the SINUMERIK 802D system´ N/C center, The machined big locating hole and the raw 3-φ25H7 cylindriform dowel hole´s distribution circle get deformed after the four over dowel holes on a kind of annular gear having been machined and given heat treatment. During the installing, the components unfurl them to retrieve circularity. It shows a parameter programming method with high accuracy when we have process analyses on condition that they have not retrieved circularity. It supplies ood example on how to deal with elongation compensated by programming. The method will be suitable to apply to other N/C systems.
