Abstract
In classical Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the rank reversal problem, resulting from adding a new program, brings decision-maker the difficult in evaluation. The rank reversal problem of AHP is discussed in this paper, and a new method of rank preservation is proposed in the condition of Judgment matrix consistency. By this method, the rank reversal problem is solved by some transformation of the weight. Finally, an example is given to show that the method is effective and feasible.
