Abstract :
Use the method that combining with CCD and C#, reaLize measuring the distance of the laser´mouth and work piece in the laser direct metal deposition (DMD) formation technology [1]. Mainly introduces how to use the MicroPubLisher™5.5 RTV CCD real-time video the accumulation process and how to design image analysis software, Experiments show that the measurement data measured by the method combining with CCD and C# software is the same with the data which measured by ruler.
