Abstract :
This paper describes how to use LabVIEW to implement the real-time monitoring system of PLC for production Line of coin cell battery. It introduces the principle of its composition and some command formats. The system implements the equipment production monitoring and analysis of field data by using the powerful data processing capabilities and the good human-computer interface of LabVIEW software. The experiment proves that the system has high stability and realizes production Line real-time monitoring various working parameters.
