  • Abstract
    Through the analysis of the status of belt-broken seizing machine and synthesizing the features of the common ones, designed a high reliability,minimal damage and purely mechanical belt-conveyors of belt-broken seizing machine according to the need of safe transport in the coal mine. The belt-broken seizing machine is made up of the agency of belt-broken signal capture and actuator that are purely mechanical.When occuring the belt-broken accident, broken belt drives the agency of belt-broken signal capture, which links the actuator that connected to it to complete the action of seizing belt-broken. The agency of belt-broken also has a braking effect while links the actuator,and achieve the duplicate protection of the belt-broken with the actuator.Furthermore, the units has the advantages of that it is simple structure,easy to install, easy maintenance,sensitive and reliable, avoid the second accident after the belt-conveyors broking,and ensure the safe transport of belt-conveyors in the coal mine.
