Abstract :
A transform-limited, narrow-linewidth (/spl sim/120 MHz), THz-wave parametric generator (TPG) was demonstrated using injection seeding method. This resulted in an wide tunability from 125 to 430 /spl mu/m (frequency: 0.7-2.4 THz, wavenumber: 23-80 cm/sup -1/).
