Abstract :
It is very important for control system analysis and design to establish model and simplified model of YiLiuShi neutralization reaction process, which is characterized by critical nonlinearity and strong disturbance. In this paper, the nonlinear model with state-space expression is built based on neutralization reaction mechanism, and its model is simplified on the working point. Secondly, the controllability, observability and stability are analyzed. The simulation results show that the simplified model is suitable for YiLiuShi neutralization reaction process analysis and design.
