Abstract :
We have developed a new method to fabricate Pd-Ag nanowire for hydrogen sensor application. Pd-Ag nanowire with 50~200 nm diameter is grown by electrochemical migration method in a few minutes. This is simpler, faster and lower-cost nanowire fabrication method than other processes such as templated nanowire growth. The response time of Pd-Ag nanowire is much shorter than pure Pd. The response time is about 5 seconds and the recovery time was equally short.
