Abstract :
SaaS (Software as a Service) and cloud computing are two emerging concepts. This article will combine them together and conduct a comprehensive research, SaaS can solve problems such as insufficient hardware and bandwidth by using cloud computing. In the mean time, cloud computing can make its own powerful integrated resources perform more adequately through the SaaS model, thus all structure the cloud computing SaaS delivery model for talents training at university.
