            Abstract : 
This paper presents a novel tuneable resonator topology from W-frequency band to V-frequency band. The resonator is developed on TFMS structure using RF-MEMs implemented in Si-BCB technology. Specific synthesis are developed and validated through electromagnetic simulations.
