Abstract :
The main purpose of these papers is to develop a generalized learning algorithm. For these reasons human learning method has been chosen. The study explores human learning strategy, as well as the human memory system. The neural network has been developed from human learning techniques. Developed neural network was tested on some real life scenarios. The whole proposed system has two unique parts: the network part and the driver part. The driver part drives the whole network while the neural part is the main network based on human learning. The sample scenario shows that the same network acts differently on a change in the driver program
