Abstract :
The modeling and problem solving for color matching in textile dyeing are discussed in this paper. Considering the poor effect and precision of the traditional textile dyeing color matching method and the non-linearity and uncertainty in color matching process for textile dyeing, a computer color matching method by numerical analysis is proposed and a mathematic model based on the mixtures of three colorants is established. By doing data fitting and using Newton-Krylov algorithm the solution of dye recipes can be got. This method has showed a prospective use in color matching for textile dyeing not only for its easy understanding but also for its better accuracy.
