Abstract
In the current product development, collaboration between participants claims more attention. Especially with the advance of Web Service and Semantic Web, semantic collaboration among participants over the internet is prosperously developing. In this paper, we propose a semantic paradigm to integrate customer demands and product designs by following the MDA (Model-Driven Architecture) mode. Platform independent models of data and semantics for product are introduced and supposed to be implemented in the XML-based Web Service infrastructure.
