Abstract :
This paper introduces the basic conception of Mobile Learning and also analyses the learning theory enlightenment for the design and development, it also introduces system structural design and function module design, and realizes the function of each module. This Mobile Learning system is realized some functions, for example mobile study, Network Teaching, and teaching evaluation, the major function is the student module, the teacher module and the manager module.
