  • Abstract
    The simultaneous multi beam reflect-array concept has been validated with near-field measurements. This technique is more reliable than the classical far-field measurements carried out at LEAT chamber for two reasons. On one hand, the near-field measurements are more accurate than far-field measurements when a too small anechoic chamber is used for the latter. On the other hand, near field measurements are more robust toward the alignment problems between the AUT and the emitting antenna. The measurement results show radiation pattern stability over the investigated frequency band of 92-96 GHz.
