Abstract
Based on the fact that most Yunnan minority people speak mandarin with their native accents, a linguistic minorities accents mandarin speech corpus for non-native speech signal processing is constructed in this paper. Based on this corpus, a Bayesian network for speaker recognition is designed and the method of how to setup the parameters is introduced too. According to the task of speaker recognition with text independent, the experiments are carried on the Yunnan minority accent Mandarin speech corpus and compare the results of the different Bayesian network´s parameters, and different the dimension of MFCC.
