Abstract
It has been tremendous attention to use titanium dioxide (TiO2) as a material for biosensing application. TiO2 is one of the n-type semiconductor materials with the energy gaps are between 1.8 and 4.1 eV. Nanowires TiO2 will be growth via sol-gel method and combination of TiO2 nanowires with fabricated interdigitated electrodes (IDEs) can form a sensor. The sensor is believed has a great detection capability towards biomolecules.
