Abstract :
This paper presents a construction methodology waveform design with low cross-correlation, autocorrelation peak sidelobe levels and resilience to Doppler for orthogonal multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar applications. It shows that an existing numerical solution only addresses autocorrelation and cross-correlation properties with the result that the signals degrade severely in the presence of small Doppler shifts. In the context of these problems, a possible sequence construction is given which address all three issues.
