Presents a collection of slides covering the following topics: Certified GNSS receivers derived precise position; Position information is combined with aircraft speed, heading, altitude, flight number, etc to create an aircraft state vector; Aircraft state vector is broadcast to other ADS-B capable aircraft and to the ADS-B ground system: Surveillance and Broadcast Services System (SBSS).
