Abstract :
The proposed input and output port circuit is capable of driving a high voltage or a low voltage using a single output driving circuit by means of the power mode control signal. Also, a single output driving circuit is composed of a multiple stage and is thus selectively driven by an output control register. Therefore, the purposed versatile input and output port circuit can optimize the power consumption and can very ease interface chips to chips with multi voltages.
