Abstract :
A modified CMOS folded cascode operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) based on standard digital 0.18 μm CMOS process, capable to work at 1 V relax the design of high gain 1 V OTA. A unique output stage is employed to achieve open loop gain up to 80 dB, unity gain band width GBW=50 MHz, with phase margin of 58°, while consume only 10 μW (biasing circuit excluded) under 1 V power supply.
