Abstract
The Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railway in Germany is a separate higher federal authority within the scope of business of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour. The radio monitoring service is part of this agency. This paper outlines the organisation, the tasks and the technical equipment of the radio monitoring service in Germany.
