This paper proposes a solution for mobile operator in the remote interface management of SIM OTA menu. Through establishing a connection with provincial OTA platform, it makes mobile operator manage the SIM OTA products of user groups efficiently and accurately, shortens the development cycle of OTA products, increases the updating rate of SIM menu, reduces the technical difficulty of STK menu´s development, creates the condition of SIM business planning and personality development.
