Abstract :
Recently, a negative current conveyor core simpler than the positive type for the gigahertz range in BiCMOS technology is presented. This paper describes all-pass sections suitable for video frequencies using negative current conveyors. All circuits presented employ a single capacitor and are therefore canonical in the number of capacitors. Many different properties of the presented circuits are given and discussed. The paper illustrates the possibility of implementing a simple transfer function with a large number of different topologies with similar active and passive elements. It is discussed that a large selection may indeed be necessary to satisfy technical needs of different applications.
