Abstract :
Failure rate of software development is great. The study object of software risk is to mitigate the failure rate. Current studies on the software risk are almost about risk assessment and using a fixed risk development model. The article presents a complete development model of software risk. The model aims at facilitating any concrete software development with risk considerations.
