Abstract
To understand high frequency parasitic effects on printed circuits boards (PCB) impedance measurements of the components are required. These measurements are performed with a vector network analyzer (VNA) and by the usage of the 2port theory high accuracy is obtained. To minimize fixture effects a compensation procedure in addition to VNA calibration is introduced.
