            Abstract : 
In this paper a neuro-fuzzy risk calculation model based on the authors´ former validated hierarchical multilevel risk calculation model will be introduced. In the basic fuzzy model a fuzzy logic controller was replaced with a neural network subsystem. In this way the membership function later will be tuned depending on the patients´ characteristics. The two models were tested using several typical groups of the patients to validate the novel neuro-fuzzy model.
