Abstract :
The spectrum is currently underused [11] due to static allocation and generates only fixed income. Auctioning the underutilized spectrum increases income and at the same time we can use rare resources such as spectrum efficiently. In this research optimization of the spectrum bidding problem was obtained using the genetic algorithm approach and it was concluded that the spectrum will be used efficiently while generating more revenue by bidding for spectrum in the market.
