Abstract :
A general-purpose set of six high-quality resonators for the band 32-405 GHz has been designed. The resonators described are cylindrical cavities with corrugated side surfaces. A loaded Q-factor of (0.6-1.0)×105 at SWR<2.0 has been achieved.
