Abstract
The usage of unique biometric bodily characteristics is becoming an increasingly significant means of identification. The most popular method is the fingerprint. Information collected in the process of identification could be multiply used in enterprise resource planning (ERP), especially in human resource modules. Croatia´s experiences in biometric identification are poor. The results of an empirical investigation conducted in the Mercatone retail trade center where Fingerscan V20 technology is used.
