Abstract
Southern working with Tessella has expanded the TAPAS system to provide an enhanced system which facilitates the automatic analysis of Driver performance. The enhanced framework, Churros, provides a visualisation of this data to highlight drivers who perform well and those whose performance requires active management. It is expected that the development of this system will provide a change in the way that driver performance is proactively managed in the same way that TAPAS did for train performance.
