Abstract :
There are a lot of variable factor in Liquid hydrogen filling system-related risks of spaceport. This paper regards liquid hydrogen filling system as a study object, using RFRM method. Through the six main analyses phase of the eight stages of RFRM method, it conducts a risk analysis of the system, and reaches the level of risk in different circumstances. In order to make effective and meaningful assessment results, risk assessment and risk management must be an integral part of overall management of the system, and make the appropriate control and management, for achieving the purpose of harm reduction.
