System innovation on protection to financial consumer´s property rights

With the development of China´s financial market and the increase of resident´s disposable income, connection between financial consumers and financial institutions becomes increasingly close, which has made conflicts between them become increasingly prominent. Contrasting to powerful financial institutions, financial consumer´s legitimate rights and interests are easier to be infringed. In fact, many incidents of violations to financial consumers have occurred, and the issue of protecting financial consumer´s property rights has led to widespread concerns in our social community. Now many obstacles still exist, only by defining the connotation and contents of financial consumer´s property rights accurately, analyzing the existing obstacles and seeking to system innovation, can we find the proper paths and countermeasures to protect financial consumer´s property rights effectively.
