Research on enterprise knowledge management strategy from the perspective of knowledge-based innovation

In today´s knowledge economy, new knowledge and technology continue to emerge, this has brought new challenges to the enterprise´s knowledge management. The key of the enterprise knowledge management is the knowledge innovation and the integrated use of knowledge. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study the problem of enterprise knowledge management strategy from the perspective of knowledge innovation. In this paper, the author discusses the definition and characteristics of knowledge innovation firstly. On this basis, the paper analyzes the new challenge of knowledge management because of knowledge innovation. Finally, this paper puts forward specific strategies for enterprise knowledge management, including the routes of building a learning-oriented corporate culture, strengthening human resource development and management, optimizing the knowledge management process, establishing the internal and external cooperation mechanism etc.
