  • Abstract
Influence of cyclic deformation on electro resistance of a carbon nanotubes (CNT), placed in the closed volume is studied, and the abnormal behavior of their electro resistance in processes of cyclic mechanical loading and unloading is revealed. Occurrence of electro resistance anomaly in CNT starts to be observed at the second cycle of deformation and reaches the maximum value of electro resistance at the seventeenth and twenty first cycles. It is revealed that in process of increase in cycles of loading-unloading deficiency of the carbon nanotubes grows. During carrying out of experiments, the model describing processes in CNT at influence on them of cyclic mechanical deformation has been constructed.
