One improved method of choose knowledge management system

As a new method, knowledge management applied in many famous companies, an then,they start to research how to choose and use knowledge management system to improve management level, There have many decision factors to influent choose knowledge management system. At first, the paper introduced Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution and Grey Theory, and based on traditional TOPSIS method defect and combines with grey theory to improve it, we used 8 steps to describe the improved method, then form a new method to check it.
