Abstract :
The level of knowledge management has become the key to deciding whether higher vocational colleges come by future survival and development. In the knowledge management courses, this paper deems that higher vocational colleges should first implement such core strategies as creating characteristic knowledge database, facilitating mutual conversion between explicit and implicit knowledge, establishing learning organizations, enhance effective knowledge applications, etc. In addition, higher vocational colleges also need to implement a series of safeguarding strategies, for example, establishing knowledge management organizing system, consummating information infrastructure construction, vigorously developing human resources, establishing creative and incentive mechanism, etc.
