  • Abstract
Ceramic pressure sensors are corrosion resistant to most chemicals, acids and alkalines. They are abrasion-resistant and "cleanable". They withstand pressure overload up to 800 times adjusted span. The sensor is "dry", with no fill fluid and the sensor permits virtually no hydrogen permeation They are suitable for use in full vacuum applications. The true long term stability has a maximum 0.1% zero shift per year
