Abstract :
The obtaining of change of dynamic behavior for an electrohydraulic servo system due to leakage at cylinder piston seal is the main contribution of the paper. The servo system consist a double ended symmetrical, double-acting hydraulic cylinder with servo valve, a hydraulic power supply with pump, accumulator and relief valve. An advanced nonlinear more realistic mathematical model was created and step response analysis is used to examine the dynamic behavior of the electrohydraulic servo system when internal cylinder´s leakage resistance decreasing. Simulations are reported to show the dynamic behavior of the system to assessing the leakage effect.
