Abstract :
Direct digital control systems are used to collect and process large streams of data. The data is used in enhanced applications that rely on the accuracy of the measured data. This paper described a method of calibrating temperature sensors in a heating, ventilating and air-conditioning direct digital control system to account for the errors in the sensor, wire, and analog-to-digital converter. The resulting uncertainties are presented and discussed
