A study on Chinese dynamic management control system

As China is more and more involved in the globalization, Chinese companies found that the big difference between them and the companies from EU and North America is not the technology, but the management skills or levels which hold them seriously from competing against the others. Among the management skills, management control is one of management skills which Chinese companies are severely lack. With the help of review and summary of western management control systems, based on the Chinese realities, this paper develops some principles for the future references of Chinese management control system. Categorized by the nature of organization, different management control systems are recommended.
