Abstract :
Two structures Blu-ray type super-RENS with a mask layer of Sb70Te30 or Sb2Te3 were studied theoretically and experimentally. The disks were firstly designed and optimized by simulate the overlap contour of laser beam and aperture formed on mask layer. The disks were fabricated and tested. The thermal stability on different structures was measured and analyzed
