Abstract :
To solve the information evaluation problem, this paper put Faw Hongta “drawing abandon” demonstration project as a background, by interview different departments of Faw Hongta, collect variety evaluation index, with the method of ECRS to rearrange the indexes, then use the experts consultation method for further adjustment of the index system, the index system was divided into quantifiable and unquantifiable indexes. Quantifiable indexed was divided into cost, time, product, quality, and service. Unquantifiable indexes was divided into enterprise competitiveness and social benefit. At last with the help of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of each index was computed. Thus evaluation system of “drawing abandon” was built. Finally, check the evaluation system.
