Abstract :
The problem of antenna arrays synthesis by the given amplitude directivity pattern with optimization, at the same time, the amplitude-phase distribution of excitation sources and coordinates of radiators placing is investigated in this paper. The mathematical model is based on the analysis problem, which takes into account the mutual coupling of radiators. The variational formulation of the synthesis problem is reduced to minimization of a nonconvex functional. The theorem of solutions existence is proved. The numerical algorithm of finding the minimum points of functional is constructed and justified. The results of numerical experiments are obtained.
