Abstract
In this paper, an improved finite-alphabet based channel estimation strategy for a continuous orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) transmission scheme is presented. Based on polynomial approximation of the channel responses in both the time and frequency domains, the proposed estimator is more robust to the variations of channel statistics
