Abstract :
The paper proposed a novel super-RENS ROM disc with a narrow track pitch using a group tracking technique, GTS-super-RENS ROM disc. The group tracking technique enabled to increase capacity in the radial direction up to 1.5 times. Using GTS method, a -20 dB cross-talk from the neighbor pit trains was obtained. It was confirmed that capacity of GTS-super-RENS ROM disc will become a promising method to further increase capacity in super-RENS disc world
