Abstract :
The third party payment companies in China have entered into an era of non-profit competition with price war. Existed problems of the third party payment are analyzed in this article. At the same time, service mode for electronic commerce under the core of platform of the third party payment is put forward creatively. This service mode supplies participants with integrated service resources in the process of electronic commerce, with the third party payment recommending logistics service, ODR service, and so on. The problem of credit of the third party payment is resolved by authority from finance organization. In turns, the problem of service quality of the service resource suppliers is resolved by recommendation and surveillance from the third party payment. Meanwhile, this mode resolves the problem of single profit mode of the third party payment companies.
