Abstract :
Single electron transistors (SETs) are promising candidates for fundamental components in the future nanoelectronics beyond ongoing Si technologies. In this paper, we propose another surfactant, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). Using a CMC/water suspension to disperse SWCNTs, we have achieved high temperature operation of SET up to 80K, which is higher than the operating temperature of 40K for our SETs fabricated with tritonX-100/water suspension.
