Microring resonator with wavelength selective coupling in SOI
Abstract :
We show that a Grating Assisted Coupler included in a micro-ring resonator enhances the GAC selectivity and limits the available resonance range. A semi-analytic model fitting experimental characteristics allows us to propose an optimized design.
